It is sad that a man that is regarded as a club legend by many at the club is so misinformed.

It's a fascinating documentary and certainly a good reminder of what a player he was. I still believe his criticisms of Watford are harsh (I agree that they're about the way the Pozzo's run us) and are just an echo of the negative press opinion that currently exists about the way we're set up. As for his stance on his failed managerial career being race related - GT says it best at 40:27 and 42:26. If anybody hasn't seen it - skip there and have a look.

Pure conjecture but maybe at some point he's applied to be Watford manager and been rebuffed.

Perhaps, believing that he should've been given the chance here he is bitter about that.

Like I say, pure conjecture but it fits.

Another of my childhood heroes that is dead to me. Hurts more than losing batman did to be fair.

The trouble is, his pre-match team talk is limited to 'you've got to hold and give, but do it at the right time'........I think you know the rest!

If I May just say, that due to solid leadership, Watford are strong and stable........

Don't forget he even became a singer. In that awful England song that year... JB - the great back stabber. GT is frowning from heaven and is saying "I do not like"

That song and the John Barnes rap in particular propelled England to the semi finals that year!

If you think that song was bad, Google 'This time we'll get it right". It was the truely awful England song in 1982.

Not that the competition is all that stiff, but New Order's World in Motion is probably the best football record of all time. In my opinion.

When 'Back Home' came out for the 1970 World Cup, I thought it was a new music peak for popular music.

One of my little mates had a 45 of it and I used to go round his house specially to hear it played about 5 times on the trot each time....

At least somebody has the b alls to say it. It was a massive song in May/June 1990.

I like 'Back Home','World in Motion' and I quite like 'This Time' too!

'Diamond Lights' is deeply unpleasant but I think 'The Anfield Rap' is hard to beat in the unspeakably vile stakes and I believe Digger was on that?

I vividly recall when the Anfield rap was played on Saint and Greavsie, Jimmy Greaves saying completely dead-pan that they missed the "c" off of that. Cue much laughter from Saint immediately after:D.

This is the all-time worst song by anybody involved in football. WARNING - if you've never heard/seen this, keep it that way......
