Is this site slow at the mo?

It just seems very sluggish to me at the moment - for the last day or so. Has anyone else noticed this, or do I need to take a look at something closer to home.

I am puzzled, other sites seem fine but this one keeps "hanging".

 

The site isn't slow, it's just the people on it.

It takes forever to get onto the forum homepage, but the actual forum categories are fine, could it be the Twitter feed?
