Some of Watford's player ratings are a disgrace. Carrillo has gone from speedster in FIFA 17 to pace and acc of 83 and 86, pathetic. Just more proof that the world is against Watford as per normal. On a side note my finishing is woeful so far. Played my brother online 6 times, and I must have hit the woodwork 2-4 times a game. Unfortunately he earned the bragging rights of the 1st trophy but I'm currently 3pts up in the 2nd trophy.
Like a drug addict I've had a relapse. Finally got myself a ps4 and with it a copy of Fifa 18. Now to hook it all up and say goodbye to my Sunday afternoon
It doesn't go away. I'm married and have a 13month old son. I'm teaching him all about FIFA now. Granted my time is limited playing it but the addiction never leaves.
Both FIFA and PES are poor recreations of the sport. EA rolls out the same tripe year in and year out and Konami have made major **** ups mostly by catering to end to end football . The obsession of both companies with UT and MyClub are detrimental in any attempt to replicate real life football, the way teams play or indeed individuals do.
I bet the marketing guy behind the FIFA game concept must have been the same one behind modern day shirt sales.. "yeah these football fans are so blindly loyal we can just change the product ever so slightly, repackage it for a new season.. and they'll buy it all over again. Every single year!" "you cant be serious..." "trust me"
Give Pereyra a new contract straight away in career mode. He has a release clause and I nearly lost him to Liverpool. Had to offer him a better contract in order for him not to leave.
Recently started a new Career mode with Watford. Would be interested to see who people signed and how they got on etc.
