Agreed, he's more than capable for a mid table Premier League team. He only really struggles against the movement of top class attacking sides, and in fairness, who doesn't?

His distribution isn't great though. He does like a long diagonal ball out the the left.

 

I think we really missed him last season. On par with Prodl as one of our best defenders.

That is of course a possibility, just making sure that we get a decent fee for him, however I hope not.
I would like him to return from his injury and then make an assessment as to whether he is still good enough. I think he might be.

 

Unlike the others mentioned, he is home grown so the likelihood of us selling him is small at the moment.
