I can't think of any reason why the seer wouldn't have posted already if they were alive but they did wait a while yesterday.

 

I'd say about 3pm? Maybe a bit later.

Possibly, although I read the 'no clues' as nothing cryptic (I think was in response to Otter calling a player a 'character', etc.)

 

If we kill a wolf in our lynching we win. The game will end when the wolves are dead.

Even if the traitor is alive the game will still be over.

 

I have never seen this happen before... normally if an Alpha dies the Beta takes over their role as messenger.

 

As it stands, I'm leaning towards Steve but I'm a little worried he is 'just' the traitor.

 

They could be dead.

 

As has been suggested by some other players, the fact the full moon was 'cancelled' last night after Opti's death could suggest it was cancelled as our seer was killed.

There is no reason a seer would not have posted by now surely?

In hindsight, the above all makes it look like Opti was in fact our back-up seer.

 

Some thoughts from myself (these assume Miked is good as well as myself, CB and HH24).

Steve has been very keen to keep putting Horace's name in the firing line on most days since he was named as good by the Alpha. Therefore, I am confident this combination isn't true: Steve is traitor and Horace is Beta.

Horace, instead of letting the comments slide, reacted very defensively to Steve saying on day 3 that he would be voting for him. He arguably responded in an accusatory manner:

To me, this suggests this combination isn't true either: Horace is traitor and Steve is Beta.

If the above is correct, Horace and Steve can't be on the same team as we know neither of them were the Alpha.

I know CB and HH24 are good.
I think Miked is good as he wrote the following message:

If Mike was the Beta or the Traitor, why would he name the Alpha who he knew at this point?

This leaves one player who then has to be evil.

Safe to assume now that Opti was our backup seer.

 

But this is all based on MikeD being good, what if he is the Alpha and Steve is the traitor? The wolf has seen that Steve is in the firing line and is trying to send us down a different route with Horace.

This is backed up by Diamonds recent post that infers Opti was back up seer.

 

GoingDown was the Alpha.

Unless Mike, as Beta who knew Alpha or as Traitor who knew both Beta and Alpha, has done an almighty bluff and named the Alpha as evil (when there weren't many players accusing GD), then I am assuming Mike is good.

 

Great. The Beta Wolf chose well and we now have no Seer.

 

Mike is an experienced player, it would be audacious to name the Alpha at that stage however it was buried within other names.

No one really suspected GD until the seer viewed him.

 

Who do you think we should lynch?

 

Honestly, Steve. He has been shifty all game and done just enough to coast through the game.

 

Seeing as we know this morning's message was from the wolf, it is probably less likely now that Horace is the Beta wolf.

Horace could still be the traitor (although I don't think he is) but we win the game tonight if we kill the Beta.
