Yep, the bookies really haven't got a clue. Money comes in for one of the choices so they shorten the odds. People see the odds and think theirs something in it, which then entices people to back that choice aswell.

Seen a few posts on Twitter that Big Sam has been seen in St Albans. Could be rubbish, but you'd like to think he'd be at least given an interview.

There was a guy on the Warford Observer website a few years ago who kept saying we should appoint Pardew. I had a sneaking suspicion it was Pardew trying to build some support. If we go for an older English manager there'd b no excuse for it not being Allardyce. If the wrong decision is made and we go down, heads should roll.

 

Can confirm he was there and ordered one battered Mars bar.
