Agree. The Sun ran a piece today saying a number of clubs were after him for around £20 million, but disappointing we weren’t listed among them.
He is one I would like to see us going after. Not only is he a good CB he is also a leader. Something we massively lack at the back. Hughes and the numerous players Burnley bring in from the championship show there are some good players ready to step up.
Great player but will go to a bigger club than us and may well stay with Boro if they win the playoffs which I think is a strong possibility given the pressure there will be on Fulham and AV and the flakiness of Derby. Ps I see vydra isn't starting for Derby at the moment .
