Has to win, great song and the performance is pure theatre. Mesmerised by the devil, tricks him, defeats him.

 

It's good but a bit too quirky imho top 5 maybe.

Croatia / Baby Lasagne should win unless politics takes over.

 

That Croatia song is absolutely awful which probably gives it a good chance of winning.....

 

Irelands video getting just as much as Croatia on Eurovision Youtube channel now.

Hilarious comments on the Ireland video from religious numptys saying they are satanic when they are quite obviously pagan and defeats the devil/demon in the performance.

If they keep the performance the same or take it to another level they will win.

 

I disagree. I think this would be one of the few years where the UK would get enough votes to qualify. Olly is a big name, can actually sing and we’ve made an effort with the staging.

 

Sam Ryder's Spaceman was only half the story, everyone loved the man for the way he embraced Eurovision and simply got on with everyone. That's where you get a massive chunk of your votes. Olly has that in the bag.

 

I ******* hate Sam Ryder, I have serious worries about people that are so cheerful all the time. Cringey as **** being the positive mirror and getting that reflected back, blah blah blah.

 

Israel got booed during the second semi rehearsals yesterday, gonna be a sh1tshow tonight.

Just watched the clips of the 2nd semi final songs. Reassuring that they were all absolutely awful.

Putting aside the huge controversy about their right to participate, the Israeli song is very decent and in a normal year deserves to qualify. Very polished performance.

 

Very unweighted semifinals, probably to ensure all of the comedy acts got through. A couple of them were truly awful, not even Eurovision worthy. Not sure if ours is meant to be comedy but just everything about the song, the performer and the awful stage presentation screams nil points.

Baby Lasagna one of the best of all time though. If it doesn’t win, it’s a fix or people are idiots. Or both. Sweden very decent - but deep house never wins. Hope we see the Stickman.

 

Eden is not only so brave but so incredibly talented. That Italy vote certainly suggests she has a big shot at winning this thing.

 

Israeli girl put in an amazing performance considering all the death threats and other daft stuff she has had to put up with.

haven’t watched Eurovision for years before this year. Was bored throughout but did look up, and was tapping my foot, at the Armenia song. Oh and Israel’s )

 

Israel have jumped up to second favourites now, only behind Croatia.

I always had you down as a smiley, live in a commune and drink hemp tea kind of guy.

 

Hemp tea can do that to you if you get the mix wrong.

 

Israel could do very well. You can’t vote against an act, only for, and I’m sure a lot of Jewish people (and those sympathetic to an act being booed) across Europe will purposely vote for it.

 

I think Switzerland’s song is maybe the highest quality. Almost as commercial as Germany’s, has a cool Bond-like vibe and an excellent singer.

Baby Lasagne will win as it’s a great song, catchier and rock picks up many more votes in Eastern and Northern Europe.
