    Were the pictures taken during pre 2019/20 season training?
    Is that why no player is featured, because the players were still on hoilday. They started and finished the season totally unfit. The pictures show them training hard!!!

    The youth team/academy went back to work this week.

    I've no idea when the pictures were taken other than they (academy building pictures) were posted this morning on twitter.

    The corridor pictures were posted on the 27th of July, the pool/treatment room pictures were posted on the 28th and the meeting room on the 29th.

    I guess they are expanding the rehabilitation center, our players were injury prone when playing against the best of the prem imagine what they are going to be like kicked shitless twice a week for a year by a load of no nonsense championship players.

    want to see Sarr and Gerry play in the championship but probably wouldn’t survive till Christmas

    The youth team and academy need something to make them unique.
    We probably don't have a large pool to trawl from talent wise locally and the bigger London clubs probably poach most of the good fish.

    Three ideas:
    Is it possible to bring youngsters internationally from around the world in using the famed scouting network.
    Could we move away from a British style coaching to something different and not used over here
    Could we go the way of the Olympic team and specialise in giant players?
