    He made a massive mistake against Chelsea bringing off Deeney for Watson, he settled for a draw when we were in the ascendancy and should’ve actually won the game, instead we lost it because we lost all our attacking impetus and Watson was woefully out of his depth (not been near the team since). Our defenders are our weakest link, and individually our worst players. We are not very good at defending so I think trying to defend against a team like spurs is pretty futile because it’s the thing we are worst at. We had another spell yesterday (admittedly when they had 10 men) when we kept the ball for what seemed like at least 5 minutes, if we do this the opposition cannot score.

    That’s a little simplistic. Chelsea were getting on top even before the substitution. In theory putting Watson in there should have protected the defence more but with his lack of minutes on pitch this season, Watson struggled big time. Think the tactics were correct though.

    obviously Allardyce is a repulsive human being but Silva shouldn’t have responded. I kind of like the drama but it’s classic egotistical football managers’ shenanigans showing how much Silva likes people talking about him and his future rather than the club. He probably wears one of those WWJD wristbands ‘what would Jose do?’

    I'm loathe to defend Allardyce here, but having heard him on Talksport, it seems he responded to a question about how he felt about being 2nd choice behind Silva

    Think he could have answered a little bit more diplomatically, but at least it wasn't unsolicited

    Can I change my opinion to 'No he is not'?

    Fecker was playing with fire with the Everton nonsense now it seems the team is losing discipline as a result. If players know the boss isn't hanging around I guess the motivation will drop. So many basic things wrong right now it's maddening.

    Gino has made a massive mistake in turning down 10 mil from Everton for our rancid little snake of a coach. The players look like they’ve downed tools because they obviously don’t buy into him anymore . We’re in free fall, at this rate Silva will have another relegation on his CV
    I know I am firmly in the minority when slagging Silva off but I’ve been banging on most of the season about my concerns on his coaching methods. He ain’t no where near as good as he thinks he is. In my opinion, the sooner he’s gone from Watford the better. Arrogant little ****.
