Yes, agreed. Strange that someone wishes to reveal themselves as a complete an utter A-hole. That's internet forums, I have learnt a lot about this subject in the last week.
Total legend, had a bloody good inning, has been ill for a while, knew how to take the mick out of anyone, no one will even come close to being on prime time for such a long time, met him when I was young and was top draw, RIP
Generation Game was one of my favourite programmes growing up. Certainly had a long and successful career!
In one way or another he played a big part in my evening life and entertainment for about 50 years. What a talented man he was! RIP Brucie, a genuine TV legend.
We used to watch The Generation Game as a family, my favourite part was the sketches they did before the conveyor belt and Mum (RIP) laughing so hard. He was a true legend. RIP Brucie, didn't he do well.
Agree You don't survive 70 or so years in the entertainment industry, especially in television, unless you have something special.
Excellent presenter. An absolute superstar but did not hog the limelight like others and allowed contestants/guests to flourish. RIP.
