I'd give Everton a wide berth today. For the first time in an awfully long time I fancy us for a convincing victory.

Anybody watching Cardiff Newcastle? Jeez. Between them we should be ashamed if we don't collect 12 points.

I've caught the last 15 mins. Seem to have tuned into the Championship by mistake.

Red for Newcastle. It will probably be good for Cardiff to get a win, they will be down there either way but better for Newcastle to be struggling as they’re more likely to be in and around us.

    That's a disgusting decision.

He clearly saw the Kenedy incident at half time and tried to make up for it.

    That's NOT how refereeing works

I dunno. Hayden's studs were right up the back of Murphy's achilles/calf. He was never winning the ball and it was a tackle from behind. It's an orange card I'd say - easily arguable either way.

Perhaps I missed the best angle of it. I wish I'd missed the whole game in truth!

Poor Colin. Both of these teams are pretty awful tbh. Should finish above both really. Glad that ***** missed anyway. Looked like he couldn't give a **** when we had him on loan!

Is it a pen if the hand is outside the area but the rest of the player is in?

Yeah, watched this game until the second goal. Absolutely terrible. I'd be surprised if Hughes gets past 10 games.

Saint Eddie and the Muff surely with result of the day? Gotta love a good old West Ham implosion. I bet the dildo pals were sat there all smug at half time, ready to bask in the glow of their massive investment paying off at full time. Whoops.

So, Richarlison has now done just about everything for Everton that he wasn’t able to do for us. A lovely, calm finish last weekend where he strokes the ball into the bottom corner, followed by a HEADER that didn’t bounce off into orbit. Maybe we didn’t get enough for him.

He's started for them just as he started for us - full of confidence, enthusiasm and goals. Hold judgement until about late November - the point where he spectacularly went off the boil here. This dispels the myth that he only performed for Silva, being as he was cack for the snake for the 12 games before his sacking - nearly a third of the season.

Silva has also started just as he's done at his other Prem clubs: Hull - great start, but crashed and burned; Watford - great start, but crashed and burned; Everton - great start(so far), but.....

He's an emotional lad, which clearly affects his game. A few poor results for Everton when they face some better teams will likely see his performance level dip.

Everton fans are in love with Richarlison on their forum. The over reaction is quite endearing.

Take a look back to this time last year on this forum. He was hailed as the best player we’ve ever had. I dare not even look at my old posts about him.

Arsenal were 2 down but should be ahead now.

Goodness knows where the defence is for either team!

£60m Aubameyang has missed two absolute sitters! Shudder to think the abuse Deeney and Gray would get, had they missed them (honestly - they were easier to score)

If they were actually called The Arsenal they would be in the bottom three now.

Wenger must have a big grin on his face.

What are the Arse ‘n all fans saying on their you tube channel?

Similar to how we did? He's been the best player on the pitch in his first two games for them, scoring three goals.

It'd be disturbing if they weren't in love with him.

Good to see all the work ssssilva has been doing on making sure his defenders are marking properly from set pieces:

    zonal snake.jpg

And after seeing Fabianski's attempt to save Wilson's goal, I think we got the better deal with Foster (kiss of death for tomorrow....)

Mark Hughes and Ian Wright seemed to think Pickford was lucky to get away with a foul on Ings ..

Agree or a fuss out of nothing?

Both weren't exactly short of a few rough physical tackles themselves!!

You didn’t did you?! What a spawny result. Rightly or wrongly, Puel will be gone by Christmas.

He’s a stubborn charisma vacuum, playing football so dull that I’ve actually decided to give the season ticket a miss this year and put my weekend to good use. (This decision isn’t a flounce on my part, I do actually have stuff that needs my attention!)

I went yesterday because my old man put the guilt trip on me, having bought a second season ticket in my little sister’s name she’s decided she can’t be arsed.
