I rubbished it as well because Levy stated he wanted £20mil for him. At £15mil though he would be worth it.

 

This player is Pedro Rocha(22); the best winger in the Libertadores(South American CL) imo.
His team Gremio is the best in the Libertadores so far.
He's very skilfull and scores some cracking goals from the wings and some tap ins as false 9 too.

 

Is this some advise worth taking?

 

He's an excellent player and is doing very well in the Libertadores.

 

Didn't realise that Jota at Brentford is in his last year of his contract. Wouldn't mind us signing him. Proved he can do it in the championship and already has 3 assists this season in the championship. We need a RW and it seems like Carrillo is not happening, so I think Jota would be a good shout.

 

Just read that Brentford had turned down £4.5m for him. Like him a lot and I reckon it's got to be worth looking in to

 

Yeah I think so, even if we can get him for £7-8mil. I honestly think the championship is harder for a player calibre yet he has proven that he can make it happen. I personally think he would do very well in the Prem.

 

Would go after Kenedy again. But seems very close to Newcastle. Would help Richarlison out too.

Time to go all out for Wimmer (£15mil), Gibson (£25mil), Smalling (possible loan) or any other decent CB. A CB that quite frankly isn't an liability like Britos, injury prone like Cathcart or a liability and injury prone like Kaboul (my boooooooo boy this season).

 

Should be an interesting week. I wonder how many more will be incoming?

Yeah not a bad shout if on loan. I wouldn't mind Chambers either. Maybe we can do a deal for both with Arsenal, £20mil for both Gibbs and Chambers.

Ante Coric from Dinamo. Would likely have suitors bigger than us but I thought that of Richarlison. This guy would cost a lot for his age but it’s almost certain that he will be worth a lot more than we’d pay in 2/3 years. The successor to Modric.

 

Wimmer joining Stoke. I'm annoyed we didn't try and sign him.

 

Stoke have brought in Wimmer, Zouma and Martins-Indi
Unless they're switching to 3 at the back you have to think that they're losing a Centre Back.

I wouldn't say no to Ryan Shawcross

 

They had that formation against WBA last saturday.

 

I haven't seen them yet this season. Makes sense if that's the case.

One will end up on the bench all the same.

 

But if you're right they would. Which says something given Stoke are direct competitors.

 

Remember the days when people genuinely thought we'd scam Levy for Wimmer at £7m? And anyone who thinks Shawcross would be a good signing can't have watched him play for a couple of years. Chronic back injuries and not trusted anymore by a team that loves defenders. No thanks. If you moan about Britos not being good enough or Cathcart being injury-prone, please don't suggest Shawcross.

 

You know who would be an awesome signing, Shawcross. Great defender and miles better than what we have.

 

Looking like another season of dodgy defending unless there are late rabbits from hats.

 

Would take Origi from Liverpool if we are offloading Deeney or Okaka. In my mind would have been better beg than Gray but time will tell.

Few clubs rumoured to be taking him so surprised no rumours

 

Apparently Florentina in talk with Udinese to do a swap between Babacar & Thereau.

Might be that Babacar ends up being swapped for Okaka afterwards.

 

Shawcross and /or Simeone.

Whoevers cheapest and keenest.

 

Would be excellent but there are now rumours he's off to the continent, not sure we have much chance
