Because I missed a couple of weeks in December/January my average is higher than his. However I may as well as forgotten last time around, only 5 points!
Just a poor attempt to save my blushes. Some of us are just not good enough to be in the same competition as Clueless.
I'm just having a bad season, I actually came 3rd in this a couple of years back, whats your excuse Meister
Pulling away from relegation. This changing the manager 2/3 of the way through the season really seems to work. Some controversial scores predicted this coming week though - classic case of over-confidence after a couple of decent results (my equivalent of sticking Sinclair upfront after a bit of inspiring one-to-one coaching).
Usually hopeless at this sort of stuff - mind you on here you cannot change your mind after entering due to the 15 minute edit rule. That probably helps!
Would be great if possible to add a column showing movements up and down the table in the week eg +1, -2, +4 etc . A bit like they do with the top 40 (or at least did when i used to bother to check it out !). So it would be clear that Timbers would be "+3" or "up 3" to top spot. ps my "new manager bounce" didn't last long !
update: Lawro nailed it this week with an astounding 35 points. This is the highest I can remember. Honourble mention to Grrwood for a commemdable 30 too! Only 5 points separating the top 3 and Squibba is starting to be cut adrift at the bottom.
I'm not entirely sure how many actual rounds there will be if I'm being honest. As there was a general feeling not to include midweek games then it will probably only be a few more rounds after this followed by a cup final/play off ending maybe. May do a cheeky world cup version as well if I have time.
