Last Man Standing 2020/21

Who's for a game of last man standing for the Championship fixtures?

Simple rules, as per Diamond's running of it 18 months ago.

1. All remaining players choose a team from the current week's fixtures.
2. To qualify for the next round your chosen team must win.
3. If a match involving your team is abandoned or postponed, your choice of team will roll on to their following match.
4. You can only choose a team once during the competition, i.e. if you choose Watford in a round you can't choose them again.
5. To enter the competition simply make a selection for Week 1, I'll do this in a separate thread
6. If you are running late, you can enter provided there is at least one remaining fixture not yet started in the round involving a team that you have not chosen. (i.e. if this weekend you don't enter until 1pm on Saturday, you can't choose our match or the 12:30 kick offs but you can choose any of the 3pm kickoffs).
7. If you forget to enter a round you are automatically out.
8. The winner will be the last person remaining, if more than one lose on the final round, I'll add a tie break week.
9. I'll stick to weekend fixtures for now but if the demand is there, I'll do it on midweek fixtures.
10. If you choose Luton, the rest of the forum will be suspicious of your true loyalty.
11. Visiting fans like Filbert and Toffee9 are welcome to join too.

If enough people are interested I'll create a thread for Week 1 later this afternoon.

Well that was fun while it lasted...

 

Exactly what I am thinking as well

 

It's easy to run, once this one has finished, at this rate before the international break, I'll do another.

 

That was carnage, Brentford losing being the main cause.

 

I feel those of us who chose Barnsley should at least get a free pass this week...

 

To keep interest going from the weekend after the international break I will start another one separate from the first one which currently has 5 players left out of the 33 who started.
