Anyone who hasn't joined yet has until 7:45 tonight to select either Watford or Middlesbrough;

or until 12:30pm tomorrow if you want to choose one of Birmingham City, Brentford, Wycombe Wanderers or Rotherham United

or until 3pm tomorrow if you want to choose anyone else.

After that no more entrants into the competition.

Point of order: Surely everyone should have to post their selection before tonight's KO, otherwise it is unfair on those who have selected Watford or Boro, as the others would have two chances less of getting it wrong.

 

Then they have fewer matches to choose from. Consider if there was a single Sunday game and you had forgotten to enter before the Saturday matches, you would have a choice of just 2, or even one if you had already chosen one of the teams before.

I don't think it creates much of an advantage.

 

I see you claim to be a gambling industry insider, so does your scenario work in the gambling industry? If so I bow to your to your superior knowledge sir.

 

The possible scenario would be using one of those pre-printed long lists in a shop where you only enter something for the late games if it's after 3pm.
