Rumours in Italy that WFC are interested in 22 year old Romanian striker George Puscas.
He's 6' 2", played twice for Romania as well as 19 games for their U-21 side scoring 11 goals.
George has also represented his home nation at U-19 & U-17 levels..

Parent club Inter loaned him out to Serve B side Novara last season and he scored 9 from 19 appearances.

Leganes, Valladolid and Mainz are also said to be interested.

Will never forgive him for the prequels.

I've got a bad feeling about this.

He's dead and in a box.

Nope, sorry, I misheard that - he's deadly in the box.

    “Just providing it’s with dignity”

    I think.

Scansion leaves a bit to be desired, admittedly.

If true, TC seems a controlling Putin type.

The whole Halifax situation tastes bad.

Maybe I did prefer Astronut after all.

Mrs Keighley doubts his eligibility for a mortgage.

Was it not Astromutt? Or am I misremembering.

TC and pals would be a lot more use than any of those soppy machines or clerks they have in the WGC branch of the Halifax!

I think a mildly pompous The Astronut.

Two 5 min episodes was the ration.

I recall my father hoicked me out of a viewing to go to watch Wales at Wembley.

    Late 60s?

Def 0-0 & a tedious one at that. Guessing Mike England was Wales capt.

Spoilt Wembley & the Welsh nation for me ever since.

The Richmond branch has a desultory air to it.

Everything by appointment only & then it’s a YOP type reading it all off a screen.

The branch has to close soon, surely.

Astronut in our neck of the woods but maybe the different ITV companies tried to game the system by creating their own knock off versions of hit shows.

Were you raised in Harlech or Anglia, at all?

    No, Westward TV. Later TSW.

I think Astromutt may be something different. The dog in The Jetsons? I don’t recall Astronut. Perhaps it didn’t reach the wild West.

I can’t cut & paste on my telephone but the national trove which is YouTube will have it.

Had a mildly retro 50s visual aesthetic. The main character burbled & was occasionally shouted at.

Maybe you’re thinking of Astromuff in which a Buzz Lightyear type character takes a previously nondescript south coast football team in the final stages of the Intergalactic Cup.

If I may ask, with your exotic pedigree, how did you become a Horn?

Sounds rather like Pingu. I will return the gift by strongly recommending that you check out “Irish Pingu” on YouTube.

Parents were living respectively in Pinner and Hatch End when they met. Maternal grandparents and uncle lived in Cassiobury (latter still does). Seemed the logical choice when I was casting around for a team to support around 1978 when my childhood dalliance with dirty Leeds had ended.

Scored against AC Milan. His only goal in 9 games in the Serie A but still, it’s AC Milan. Sign him up!

On a side note, the goal was rubbish.

Not averse to the club taking a punt on this guy but he won't be leading the line in the prem next season. I suspect he may be the 3rd choice replacing Okaka, with Gray and TD staying as our two prime strikers with Richie as another option. Bit depressing but proven strikers are expensive and given the relative lack of success from the investment in "proven" Gray, I'm not sure they will want to spend that much again.

Not often you get a Babybird chant from the terraces. You may need a sit-down with the 1881 to convince them of this one.

Irish Pingu has the air of Mexican Coke,

Nice timing. Flipping from Clough to Taylor (G) is ideal.

Btw, here is the Astronut. Modest entertainment on a quick rewatch.

Do you mean its place in order from Serie A down or quality of football?

It's obviously in line with our own Championship compared to the highest division but I've no idea about the standard of player or teams.

I may have been whooshed. Somebody, just hose me down it's too freakin' hot.
