It's good when a player realises his own limitations and works out the level is too tough for him on his own. Saves us doing it for him. Better to go somewhere where he gets loads of chances and an age on the ball.

Very strange. So, if those quotes are true, then one minute the trip here was as if he was "living the dream"... then a week later it was supposedly "nothing special"... sounds like one of those involved has last-minute pulled the plug, but was it him or us?!... Also, our attacking problems have been more with finishing chances than actually creating them.

Sounds bitter, think he misunderstood the terms of the transfer (I.e. another player to join the Pozzo pool to be sent out on numerous loans) or a potential change in Head Coach over the Summer put a freeze on all transfers until then. To be fair, I can understand why he's throwing a wobbly, it must be ******* devastating to know the club you want to play for rather have Deeney, Gray and Okaka over you.
