He can go in the summer. Never been consistent enough and hasn't shown any eagerness for the fight. We can do better in that position quote easily imo.

Got to disagree with you on this one, Moog!

One of the better footballing right backs in the league and more solid defensively than he's given credit for. If he'd managed to stay fit the whole season then I think he'd have comfortably been one of our best players.

If we stick to a back four, I think he'll be nothing more than a squad player next year. He's a clever footballer with the ball, uses it really well and is a good crosser but he can't defend at all. He can't head the ball, players just breeze past him in one on ones and he switches off defensively all the time. Add to that his unfortunate injury record and I would think an upgrade at right back is high on the list. He's also not dynamic enough to play in a more advanced position or strong enough to move into the middle of the pitch so I can't him holding down a place anywhere else in the team.

Goes off quicker than a pint of milk. If he stayed fit, he's good enough all day long. But he doesn't. Injured as much as Sturridge.

Totally agree that he is good enough to play in the PL, but unfortunately he is not fit enough, sadly I think we should off load him if we can in the summer.

    **** off Janmaat.

I identified him as a weak link ages ago and I stand by it. Zero will or steel to him. Belongs back at Newcastle.

Seriously? He's one of our most consistent performers. Does his work quietly and, when on form, effectively. He's had a few poor games this season, most notably when being played out of position, but out of all the players in the squad to pick on, he's one of the last ones to be slated in my mind. I, for one, hope he stays.

Cannot fathom the hate towards him, barring annoyance at his inability to stay fit. Quality on the ball, works harder than most of the rest of our team and generally consistently plays well when fit and actually being played in his correct position.

I agree, he got injured chasing back and always seems to put a decent shift in.

I agree he is a good player and does not deserve what some of these idiots are saying about him, however I cannot agree that he should stay as he obviously has some kind of muscular weakness.

Most of his injuries seem to be hamstring related when he is stretching for a tackle and unfortunately they are far too frequent, therefore he is a luxury we cannot afford, so sadly I think he needs to go if we can find a taker for him that is?

A good player when fit. Only need to change him if we can get a better starter in his place. There are many more players that need changing out before we get to Janmaat in the list.

I'd sign Zabaleta and rotate the two.

Good player. We need to keep him. The number of injuries we have had this year is truly farcical. You can't keep claiming it's bad luck.

At least he got injured trying.

Niang got tackled, thought it was a foul and so demanded to be taken off pretending to be injured. He might have chipped a nail, that's about it!

Janmaat is a decent player, but is rather injury prone. If he were a racehorse he'd have been shot by now. That's said, I do feel that a lot of our injuries were down to Mazzarri's training regime.

Newcastle fans warned us. Great going forward but injury prone and likely in a big game to get an injury out of nothing.

Blimey. One of our better players and some of you are after him.

I will be seriously disappointed if he isn't here next year. Quality player and more creative than pretty much anything else we have.

    A fantastic wing back.

Definitely pulled his hamstring trying to get a tackle in on jet-heeled Sane...some people need to get some perspective on who they slate and why.

Some people need to remember that he has been unlucky with a head injury sustained in training. Also the shoulder dislocation.
At least he puts in the effort.
