Are they also looking into the fake overtime and the handball? Look forward to the point being returned. Mind you we shouldn't be too sanctimonious as Doucoure did the same, maybe a little worse, in a 2-2 draw v Southampton a few years ago.
That was bad, although we've already had our comeuppance in the form of Moussa Djenepo in 2019! Maybe the footballing gods disregarded that as they actually saw that defeat which spelled the end for QSF Mk II as a blessing in disguise for us?
Depends on Pozzo expectation. If he just wants to tread water while he sells then Tom is a no brainer. If he somehow expects promotion challenge with his budget of £1m for players and £5m for agent associates then he may want someone more experienced.
3 match ban given - Porteous initiated it by grabbing his arm and dragging him back. Bizarre one from both of them really. Think a 3 game ban for that is harsh
Amazed he admitted it unless there's another angle. If that was it, could surely say he was just trying to shrug him off and Porteous made a meal out of it (which he clearly did!).
Was there a risk it could have been increased if he’d not admitted and contested ? Any appeal will always side with the authorities.
Not sure but wouldn't have thought so, this is the first time he was charged with something (presumably violent conduct) so it's not like a frivolous appeal against an existing sanction. Anyway, my point was more that that footage is hardly conclusive. Guessing there must be another angle that shows it more clearly...
Given the tightness of the race for the auto promotion spots, there could eventually be another set of fans even more aggrieved than we are about the final minutes of Saturday's game......
While that is true, if they let Southampton in from the positions they were in recently, they should be more aggrieved at themselves!
It's the one area of the pitch we absolutely must upgrade, whether a loan or a transfer in, I would say Dennis is not the answer either
