He's probably completely forgotten who we are. Probably couldn't even name our manager, Rob Andrews, if asked.

He's alright, certainly not going to make or break Watford's promotion hopes. He also has played more games for Forest than us but we think it's "disrespectful" to say he wants a shot at the Premier League when the same employers sent him out on loan and retained Ken Sema and Ozan Tufan! Give me a break.

Exactly, he was only every a money making opportunity for Gino, he just spotted the opportunity to sign him on a free.

Watford is a horrible club at the moment. Aloof, arrogant owners and management. Constant manager churn. No vision. Financial problems. Treat players purely as trading commodities. Divided fanbase. Puppet social media propaganda teams in place. Constant contract controversies or involvement with those embroiled in legal issues. I don’t blame Zink for a moment for wanting to leave.

And Steve Copper will be at Forest long after Edwards and probably another manager comes and goes !

To be fair, he did say what you’re suggesting he should have a month or two ago.

Pretty sure he’s just happy to get promoted and would like to play in the PL. Not a crime at all really and not sure it can be taken as a slight at us, or that he wouldn’t be committed next season.

A smart, intelligent ‘signing’ would be to bring in someone who has played as an attacking midfielder for a team just promoted to the Premier League - and at no cost.

Anyone know someone that fits the bill?

Sorry but history says this isn’t true. We have had players flaunting themselves at others for years and Gino has kept them and the manager has played them.

He won’t care one jot. If he can make a nice profit and then delude himself into thinking Cleverley is a better player, then he’ll do the deal.

As others have said, why on earth would he want to come back?

Was dumped out of the squad for utter garbage that went on to mkae marginally more appearances this season combined (Etebo, Kucka, Tufan and Kayembe - about 5o apps to Zincs 45)
Just been a fairly important part of their promotion campaign
Gets to play in the Prem
Possibly get in the World Cup squad
Work for one of the best manager in the country

Bet he can't wait to get back to the incipid roller coaster of London Colney with yet another bunch of new randoms.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we sold him for £2m, he was just one of Gino’s player trading commodities and never intended to help the first team. Gino will see it as shrewd £2m profit and completely ignore things like wasting probably twice than on Danny Rose’s contract.

Considering Fulham managed to negotiate us down to £0 for our promotion-winning captain, I'm inclined to believe it.

Especially if he feels he was lied to (shock, horror) when he agreed to sign for us in the first place.

Yes, he's already joined Forest on loan from Olympiacos.

Linked with a loan move to Standard Liege, not in the plans of new Olympiakos boss Carlos Corberan (still bitter over the playoff final perhaps? ;) )

Confirmed now. Odd, only played 60 mins in the league but played in every game of their European campaign and scored twice...

True. It's almost like he needs to be at a Championship team which lacks any creative midfielders but not go any higher than that.

Don't get me wrong, he's gash, but he'd be more use to us than Gosling.

Agree he's not good enough to start for us, but he at least he is full of energy, is decent at pressing and has some quality going forwards. He'd be a great option to cover space and hurry opposition players towards the end of games, or have as a backup in case of injury.

Yep, look at our bench for every game so far this season and you can't tell me that having PZ on the bench wouldn't have been an improved option over some of the other dross.
