    An absolute legend in the sport. My Dad loved the racing as did my whole family. He was usually battling with Willie Carson for top Jockey in the 70's.

    Unfortunately, I can't find the famous Spitting Image clip of him racing and the "Lester Piggott's on the inside, he's on the inside, Lester Piggott's still on the inside" commentary. How fitting he popped his hooves in Switzerland.
