28th / 32 in the form table. I'm waiting for the dreaded vote of confidence.....

 

Oh dear you are obviously not using your percentages to help you with this game, or if you are they are obviously waaaaaaay off

 

I thought I scored more than 20 points? Think I got two scores correct and one teams number of goals correct?

Indeed. Worryingly I'm only 4 places above you in the table now. Serious stuff...
Perhaps I should start analysing properly with %s etc rather than investing 25 seconds of thought each week ?

 

Joint 2nd last predictions for last weekend, embarrassing although I have a valid excuse and obviously wasn't thinking straight when I predicted, Covid!, although before you all ask I am fine and expect to be seeing negative results in a couple of days.

Table after Week 25:

Manatleisure's 24 points bring him to within a single point of another_mrlizard. This is going to be close. Dreadnought, wfc4ever and Teide1 all make big moves towards that 3rd spot after goldpapaya also slipped up.

You can see why the top 2 are where they are simply by looking at this table.

 

Absolutely disgusted with myself, should be in top ten.

 

After Week 26:

I don't need to say much as the table speaks for itself. The pack is closing. Great scores from position 3 to 8.

Your scores are actually remarkable consistent. Over the last 10 weeks no score above 24 and none below 14. That looks pretty unique.

When If we're in the Championship next season then should it be Championship or Premier League games?

Apologies, 5 peoples scores weren't entered correctly, including the new leader Manatleisure. Here's the updated table.

 

Whatever division we are in or the Romanian Liga 1. Maybe a different top division from the top 40 (or how many rounds there are) leagues in the world each week?

 

When I used lower divisions this season or even Internationals the entries dropped off quite significantly, so I'd prefer to stick with whatever division we're in as it seems the interest is better. I think when we know where we're playing next season then the decision will become obvious but I will run a poll if relegated.

 

So, since I've missed a few people's predictions out over the last few weeks I've now checked the WHOLE spreadsheet for any other errors using the new tool and I found some. Here are the adjustments.

Week 3:
Manatleisure +5 points
SkylaRose +9 points

Week 9:
Happy Hornet -2 points, (sorry Happy)

League Table after Week 27:

It's carnage at the top as Dreadnought barges right in to 2nd spot. With Manatleisure, another_mrlizard and goldpapaya having stinkers the pack is closing.



Current Form:

goldpapaya and UEA share the current form lead but be warned, some big week 22 scores will be dropping off next week.

 

Screw top spot, it's the league split us lowly mid tablers are more interested in and I'm clinging on to my top ten place (good idea to split into leagues btw as keeps everyone interested all down the table).

Although do I want to be a struggling Watford in a top league or a decent Watford in a championship?!
