Very, very true. We've all been guilty of it I'm sure, but t's important IMO not to judge someone on one bad experience. Maybe they were just having a bad day.
I tend to agree, but the way the Watford staff and some of the players were talking about him suggested he was a nob...
Grimsby Town are apparently interested in signing Sinclair on a free after his contract expires. Yes....that's Grimsby Town who finished rock bottom of the professional football pyramid this season.
Good back up squad player for them. One to bring on and make up the numbers if the result is already settled.
Sorry... How is this guy still here? I thought we sold him to some league 2 club years ago. Never mind, he shouldn't be here much longer.
Grimsby Town fans have really been through some tough times in recent years. Then this happens. Haven't they suffered enough?
I once saw Jerome Sinclair at the Tesco Express down Whippendell Road. I asked him how his season was going, but I didn’t want to be a **** and bother him too much. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff at the till, I saw him trying to walk out the doors with fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The lady behind till was very nice about it and professional, and said “excuse me, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical interference,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and stated the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
If this story is true, get the man a shiny new 5 year deal and build our attack around him. He’s exactly the sort of wildcard we need.
Bad things always come in threes. They'll re-appoint Holloway as manager next to complete the trifecta.
Makes you laugh. The established pros make the effort, but the likes of Sinclair think they are better than they are. I'm guessing it's caused by some kind of delusion of grandeur?
Could be that the reason they never become established pros is that they’re unwilling to do the unglamorous stuff...on and off the pitch.
Running a chicken shop franchise in Birmingham now apparently… https://theathletic.com/4064619/202...keaway-birmingham/?source=user_shared_article
Must have been at that and away from football for a while then, I don't imagine they'll have just promoted him straight to owner!
