It reminded me of Lisicki in her Wimbledon final.
    Froze completely.
The whole defence were petrified by fear.
    Felt for Hughes and Sarr.
Relying on Soton,Everton,Arsenal and WHU now.

Yes pray Southampton are up for their derby. They dislike Bournemouth almost as much as Portsmouth. Arsenal too and Arteta to get their chance of Europa League action. Disgusting lack of application in the first 15 minutes. West Ham are nothing out of the ordinary but Masina, Femenia and Foster seemed terrified and comatose. Keep it tight let the nerves bite and play aggressive. Doucoure and Cleverley initially let Noble and Rice have the freedom to control the game. Get in there. We despite his casual nature missed Capoue.

Na. It’s a bit like if we played Stevenage. Mild curiosity but no rivalry.

I switched off at the first half water break. If the players aren't up for the fight, they deserve to go down, simple as that.

The shear lack of effort in the first half was incredible, it's clear how up for it they were. A bit better at the start of the second half before drifting away on a tide of indifference.

    Don't deserve to stay up.

Clutching at straws. They look motivated. Ings is in red hot form. Chasing the golden boot. It is sad but we have to rely on them and Arsenal not get thumped and hope that we go to the Emirates and get something better than those two. The inept performances against Burnley where even now a point in retrospect looks like gold dust. If we only played second halves we would be safe by now. What is happening before the match ?

It says it all. An injured Deeney has to play as even crocked he's better than Gray. Apart from have a go at Sarr and that bloody awful cross, can anyone else name something positive Andre did in his 30 mins?

We completely deserve to go down, and Gino and co deserve a lot of the blame.

The fans have been saying, for seasons now, we need to spend money on some quality defenders. Window after window it never happened, and here we are.

The fans have been saying, for seasons now, we need competition for Deeney. Window after window it never happened, and here we are.

If us idiot fans can see it, surely they can too. Instead they decided to gamble on cheap alternatives, especially in defence, which have not paid off.

Invest in all the promising young attacking talent that you want, if we don't stay in the premier league, we lose them and it was all a waste of time.

This evening, in probably the most important league game in the last five years, we were utterly clueless at the back. People say often say "Championship standard". Honestly, at times that was far worse. That doesn't just happen, that's the product of bad transfer decisions over many windows.

We may stay up through complete fluke. If we do go down though, it categorically was not a fluke, but mismanagement by the guys at the top.

Spot on. I can deal with a loss, what I can't deal with is our pathetic, spineless, cowardly, tragic and frankly disgusting 'effort'.

He made that really fast pinpoint cross to our 12 foot striker. Missed by a whisker and unlucky to go out for a West Ham throw.

But he has not exactly much to work with Bubble. Blame Giraldi first. Janmaat might as well not be here and Holebas is over the hill. Whose fault is that ? Estupinan might be coming too late and the idiots might now think of cashing in on him cheaply. Madness.

I usually write a long post - but after that spineless first half when we defended like Norwich on LSD and Kiko DUCKED under a free header on goal....

I really cannot be bothered. Are we down? Not yet (somehow). Will we? Unless Villa and Muff totally screw up their games, yes we will. We deserve to go down after that first half.

I got a text (yes, even though we’re in the same house) from the 13 yr old asking why daddy was shouting at the TV. That, and the lack of any updates from him once the game started, were sufficient for me to know that my decision not to watch was a good one. Mind you, Grey’s Anatomy made me cry, so not that different from watching Watford after all.

Part of me now just wants Bournemouth and Villa to win now, to put us out of our misery. Obviously can’t comment on the game itself but Mr HH’s contribution was that the whole team was terrible in the first half and that Masina is a “complete liability” (mind you, he’s said that about him all season).

I disagree. SOME fans have been saying these things for years. The majority have been happy to clap the team off after a 0-0 bore draw, wave flags when losing 5-0 in a cup final and chuck abuse at those who have suggested things should change.

I'm pleased that more people are starting to see those things but don't console yourself that the majority have been crying out for them. They haven't.

Foster was dreadful. Distribution has been awful for a while now, looks like the rest of his game has gone the same way. 2 more years?

Defended without desire to stop the ball and we’re predictably punished. So bad from Kiko and Masina. Story of our spineless season.

Hughes was full of effort, as was Sarr, even if they lacked the quality to influence the result with 9 spineless individuals alongside them.

Scared from the first whistle. Disgusting from a team once again given the chance to save ourselves.

We deserve all we get. Total reset needed.

He's not Solskjaer. Turn up as a sub and score goals at a drop of a hat in that team having hardly played under Pearson. He's not to blame for the pathetic first half.

Absolutely. Only one I can give an ounce of respect to is Troy despite him being nowhere near what he use to be - even crocked he played, and still did more than Andre dog ****, touch of a brick wall Gray

Dawson has been solid enough. Kabasele when he has his head screwed on. Masina for once had a poor game. But Femenia is still playing in the back four after having been exposed most of the time he has played there. However today both fullbacks were appalling in the crucial opening minutes. I just would like to know what was said before they walked out. Alright lads it's just another game. Take it casually as you like.

Or remember this is your and the clubs future you are playing for. Don't let the fans down. Keep it simple. Do the basics right and get stuck in from the whistle. Okay.

They seem to have this appalling habit since the restart of only playing in the second half or when things start to go wrong. We have not taken the lead once in a match since the restart. Somehow due to Norwich being appalling and Newcastle being on the beach we wriggled out of those two possible defeats.

This isn't about 1 game. It's about a season, he's meant to be challenging Troy. He runs like a freaking chicken on crack, and acts like some sad z list celeb who's come runner up on big brother.
