That only stands if we don't lost to them. Lose to Spam and they are safe and we are back, potentially, in the mix.
Yep, but the same applies the opposite way around, which is why I can see a low tempo, nervous draw being played out.
You really are confusing me Nath. If Villa get anything out of the Everton game than neither West Ham nor ourselves will be content to play for a draw.
Most of what I'm saying is on the assumption that Villa don't get anything from Everton. I fully expect Everton to win that match. Better team, better manager, at home, with their captain and manager both publically announcing they need and expect a reaction in the fixture.
If we played as consistently bad as Bournemouth are there would be cries of our coach having lost the changing room. They are beyond awful and Howe looks lost on the touchline.
Similar scenario to us. Tired old squad that is in desperate need of renewal. A few good players who know that if they go down, they'll walk into another PL team. It's about whether the players who do care enough can drag the others through. Seems like Ake couldn't do it by himself.
Agreed, hope they get 1 or 2 more to settle it Bournemouth have to win anyway however, a draw does very little for them
But it is true ! Apart from the dodgy Russian owner, the money laundering and the FFP infringements. it’s practically a real life fairy tale
The only magic regarding Bournemouth is how they disappeared from the Premier League after being 10 points ahead of us at Christmas.
What a chance that was for Bournemouth, he seemed to step away from the ball as it came across. Leicester need to pick it up again, they seem to becoming complacent and sloppy.
