Just after your owner died. We held up that sign before the game and his son said "free beer and pies for the Watford chappies". Better than that, I didn't even have to watch the 2nd half.

It’s almost like, and stick with me here because the theory is still a work in progress.... It’s almost like he’s talking complete and utter ******** for the sake of it.

    So the game....

Other than Deulofeu have you got anyone significant missing?

Absolutely. Leicester as a club and the owners are great. Nothing wrong with them at all.

...and the whole stadium who applauded the gesture, then took the banner and kept it going round the Leicester end. Then the Leicester fans we met in a pub near the station who wanted to buy us drinks because of it.

Did any of them offer you a crisp from their bag? That’s how you know you’ve made it with a Leicester fan.

We’re still looking for our back 4, last seen around Jan 2019.

    It's a trick. Don't tell him Pike.
No. Janmaat, but that goes without saying.

It's because we were nice, and they responded. It's a basic human response. Leicester fans are not animals. If you do something nice for them, they will respond, of course they will.

But, when left to their own devices, they will prefer to goad the opposition rather than support their own team. This is the only point I'm making.

I know a lot of Leicester fans personally. They are actually decent people, but they do have this underlying chip on their shoulder. It's like, what is your first response to a goal? Is it to cheer and celebrate with your own fans, or is it to instantly turn to the opposition fans and tease them for conceding a goal? This is the difference. My own personal reaction is never for the opposition support. I just want to celebrate the moment with my team. It would never cross my mind to turn to the opposition and gloat. I don't think too many Watford fans actually do that. The only time is if there is a bit of needle between the clubs, but that comes under the banner of rivalry.

If Leicester goaded Derby or Forest, that's fine as these are their rivals, just as our is L*ton. That's a very tribal. But when it's against a club who you don't have any axe to grind, this is when it should be left alone.

Thank you. Gary Linker. A typical Leicester fan. I rest my case.

If you think this is bad, you wait until Leeds come up next season. They're be all over this forum like Coronavirus.

If we remain up we will have to play them twice a season. If we go down as you were

They would swamp this forum with even more vicious thick bastards shouting their profanities and expletives than these 2 terrible unreasonable Leicester louts on this thread. You think the language and intimidation on this thread is bad, as our reserve GK would say....
Oh yes, and we are going down anyway.

The fact that this entire thread is taken up between two men, one a Leicester fan and the other, a Watford fan with a profile picture mixup of the Barcelona badge with Watford written across sums up how utterly pointless Saturday’s match will be when it’s inevitable cancelled anyways

Firstly, hope these cases are negative.

Secondly... There's no way this will go ahead.

Seems unlikely doesn’t it? I hope they don’t leave it too late to postpone. We played Villa on Monday night so you’d imagine they’re going to be announcing similar news soon too.

I'd say their best player is Ricardo Periera... And he's out for the season with an ACL.
