It'll be difficult. Even their big stand hasn't got a row Z..

Should have won the Ballon d’Or multiple times. You don’t see Messi or Ronaldo doing what he did. Even mocked Bournemouth by playing in goal at the kick off.

Gracia ruined some Woking kid’s year by preventing a Bobby P shirt swap.

  4. So it was a Woking permit Peneranda was waiting for, not a working permit!

(Said in shoutbox but was so proud of myself I sadly posted it here too!)

All joking and mockery aside. My biggest concern is Britos getting sent off in the opening 30mins. Some little non-league bumface aged about 19 is going to try it. Britos will take the bait and rightfully put him in his place, but will be sent off.

I think NASA would struggle to get Deeney that far off the ground.

No real stories from yesterday's results which is making me very nervous as it'd be just our luck to be involved in the "giant" killing.

Excellent. I left England and moved to America. So all I need you to do is jump on plane and be here in the next 5 hours. I will rush order the 2 tubes of smarties from amazon so they are here when you arrive. See you soon.

Cardiff being knocked out by Gillingham
    Accrington knocking out Ipswich
    Bristo City knocking out Huddersfield
    Portsmouth knocking out Norwich

    We’re all big upsets.

Granted not as large as ours will be today, but still.

  13. I see Woking have a special 'Moaners Stand'.

A non-League version of the Upper Rous I suppose...

And straight away Deeney/Sema make an impact!

Hughes and Clev did well to be fair but we did look toothless .

Easy win. Never in doubt. Don’t think we got out of second gear. Glad they had their 90 minutes of fame and got to see a world class striker in Troy Deeney.

We made hard work of that. How uninspiring.

Suppose for a second you’re a Premier League scout and this was a tie between two non-league teams. Are there any players you would recommend to your enployers? I don’t think anyone stood out as different class.

Wasn't even first gear for the reserves. Woking didn't even lay a glove on us.

  24. Certainly was.

I'm wondering why Feyenoord didn't give Berghuis a run - may have made it interesting.

Pretty uninspiring and mirrors the season without the defence being under any pressure. Once more the passing from midfield into the final third has been incredibly poor most of the time. It's appalling at times how a simple ball is played behind the target or away from them or not into space when the space is there. They really need to practice one touch drills in tight areas. Week in and week out it's a constant failing. Dwelling on the ball for too long in the final third and over complicating matters with extra touches. Success needs to learn to stay up even under pressure and learn to use his strength better. Penaranda did well initially. He has all the skill and trickery to become a great winger/wing forward but needs to learn and improve his decision making. Cleverley looked a little rusty still but Chalobah is still well off his normal level.

Exactly, a dominant display that was within ourselves, not over comitting and running the risk of getting injured or red cards. Isaac and Panda didnt really get into the box a great deal which left us not really having chance after chance but it was a professional performance. Barnet in round 4 please.

Don't agree with so many changes, the defence did what they had to, midfield were pinging it around during the first half, but I'm afraid Success is never going to make it at our level, he lost possession many times and wasted the ball the rest of it, he may be ok on the wing, but we have good alternatives there so it doesn't look good for him!

Motm for me Britos, came in from the cold and looked like a seasoned pro!

Whilst it was a boring game to watch, not sure why anyone is saying we were ****. We literally controlled the whole game without coming out of first gear. Never, ever looked in any danger.

Ahhh... The magic of the FA Cup. We strode into town like the footballing Harlem Globetrotters, popping the ball about and showing off all our Premier League flicks and tricks. Even managed to engineer an almost unheard of four on one breakaway as we were so good.

    Motm Britos.

Please can we have the lowest ranked team in the cup again next round?

God forbid we ever have to play Deulofeu and Penaranda in the same team though. No other players would ever get passed too!

True but do you think it was a deliberate attempt to stay in first gear ? All those aimless punts up-field and misplaced passes were part of the plan ? No-one wanting to stake a claim for a first 11 spot ? Second gear would have been nice.

Yes, if we have 11 outfield injuries and have to field an entire team made up of fringe players who have rarely (or ever in some cases) played together in a competitive game and who cannot possibly improve, then I guess maybe, just maybe, things would be a little awkward. And, of course, base all this on one 90 minute game where you are in control, never really threatened.

I will say that you’d hope for more from those players wanting to break into the first team but let’s not get carried away with this.
