Why was Steptoe's 'goal' disallowed yesterday?

Shouldn’t be long now. 9-0 aggregate score vs Palace under Claude the Fraud.

Hopefully that howler will stop the likes of Neville and Carragher banging on endlessly about the great Alisson. At least for a couple of weeks.

    I doubt Vardy could push a snail,but I admit I am biased.

It was all forgotten about by full time I suspect..

I noticed Roy Keane was on - suspect he had a strong word or two about his old club!

When Alisson passes, his aim is true.

    True story.

Not PL but Leicester worked hard to get back into the tie v Man C only to take 3 rubbish penalties- as did Sterling.

Question. I thought the revenue generated by match day tickets was relatively pretty low compared to the value of TV money.

What is the benefit of spending millions on new stadiums for teams like Everton and spurs?

I guess spurs have the London attraction and the NFL angle to bring in a lot of money.

What will Everton do? Is it just ticket sales, or will they be able to generate a lot more income to justify a new massive stadium?

    Extra 10k tickets @ 30 each = 300k per game, =6m per season.

Its not much in the grand scheme. But also raises stature and attracts sponsors and players and secondary spend and shirt sales.

Silva's 'brave' tactics, could easily be mistaken for 'thick as pig-****' tactics imo.

    Wolves only draw at Fulham.
With the other fixtures going to form, we should still be 7th before KO against Chelski tonight.
    Happy Days.

Then you go and beat Chelsea/Man City!

Typical I guess - sometimes wonder if the players just get more motivated for such games or are easier to motivate?

Salah escapes with a ban for going down very easily under a slight tug of the shirt - lucky I feel.

Madness. No idea where those two performances came from. We actually played to our strengths against Chelsea, we got lucky there but it was a much better performance than yesterday. Man City were just ****, their usual arrogant selves.

If Sterling had chucked himself on the floor like Salah did yesterday there would be people in the streets.

No ban for the Salah dive? What cowardice.

Tbf Deulofeu's was pretty shocking yesterday. Was Salah's worse?

Salahs was absolutely pathetic in my view - the fact that it’s not punished only serves to fuel actions like it more. Yes he was touched on the arm, but that doesn’t mean a penalty does it.

Well he made the most of being grabbed by the arm like a parent holding their child ...

GD did dive as well which maybe didn't help him in the 2nd half incident with Luiz.

I thought Salah’s was embarrassing. Delefeou went down easily as well but not in the same vein of utter nonsense.

    I still don't understand the difference between the Salah dive and the Niasse dive, other than Salah being at a top 6 club. He seems to have got away with it because there was contact, but there was contact on the Niasse incident;

Game between West Ham and Southampton has has come to life .

First a real school playground goal then a belter in replay from Anderson .

Andy Carroll maybe should have got a red card straight after coming on and now the Hanmers are in front ..

    For now .
