Buffalo Wild Wings in America do about a dozen different flavoured/heat level wings. Their 'Blazin' is definitely a challenge. There's also a chilli shop in the mall of America, they sell chilli sauces as well as everything else chilli related. Their hottest sauce at about $100 was out of my price range but they had this for about $10... It registers 1 million on the Scoville chart and the cap contains a type of dropper cos thats all you need, one drop, to spice up an entire meal. Put one drop on your tongue is like spraying yourself with pepper spray. It's available online too, if you dare mwahahaha!
I love spicy food but I find anything above a standard "medium hot" makes me hiccup uncontrollably. Any tips?

Cheers for the link PO may well be worth an investment Part of me thinks that adding capsicum extract rather than getting the heat and taste from natural Chillis is cheating. For me it's a bit like Brewdog distilling beers to get their stupid % abvs. Naga chillis are about as hot as they come and some register at 1M Sco It's all a bit artificial. When I make a curry I put in chopped up chillies for heat but I also put in whole chillies which are removed after cooking. That way you get the subtle flavour of the chilli without bonkers heat. Flavour and heat rather than just heat. when you get hotter than actual pepper spray probably best to stop isn't it? to report my progress made a curry with 4 birds eye chillies and suffered through it. didn't hiccup but **** me it was hot
Spicy food is my favourite. Unfortunately finding a good curry around these parts is difficult, the Yanks in the mid-west are pretty spice-averse. Managed to get to know the owners of the best local Indian restaurant and they now give me "off the menu" hot dishes so mostly got that sorted now, but it does mean I can't get a good hot curry elsewhere. Lots of Thai places around here though, which also have some great spicy offerings. On a somewhat related note, I'm trying to remember the name of that mix of nuts that comes pre-spiced to a relatively mild level. I haven't had it in years and I wanted to see if I could order some and get it shipped here, but I can't remember the damn name (which is stupid because I used to buy it all the time). Anyone able to jog my memory?
I love spicy food and get huge endorphin rushes from even hugely painful mouthfuls of chilli. I've been seen licking a plate of hot pepper sauce, with tears pouring, snot streaming and a huge, euphoric grin on my idiotic visage. However, I steer clear of anything which is branded with faux-masculine dead heads or warning signs. When the aim of the product is merely to cause pain rather than taste delicious whilst doing so, then I bow out.

In my drunken youth I snorted a line of chilli flakes in a well known pizza restaurant chain. Not recommended. I do these things so you don't have to.
Hey, you know what Dom I've misled you. I got my sauces confused (it was 15 years ago!) The sauce I bought from Mall of America was called Da Bomb 'The Final Answer': That's the one with the dropper in the cap. Hope I've not caused you any expense or annoyance.
