I don't believe he will go there,it's too much of a risk with so few games remaining.. I still expect him to slide up to Merseyside.
I notice they play Leicester towards the end of the season - sure Claude Puel will be keen to give Southampton a little push nearer relegation!!
I agree, I think he’d be daft to go there but they must have someone lined up edit: right poster wrong quote! I was replying to you saying that he’s unlikely to go to Southampton
Sooner or later someone will hire slippery Sid and sooner or later he'll arrive with his new team at the Vic to play us. Now that, will be a day of boos.
I'm going to boo even the mere suggestion of such an event! Boooooo sir and boooooo again. I do this to one of the cats that we feed at the club*,his name is Boo! * They live at no.12 but use our grounds and Barclay Park as their playground.
Hold on one sekonda ! Are you suggesting this could be the timex for him to take on a new rolex in the prem ?
LOL MARK HUGHES EARLY FAVOURITE. How can we possibly be what's wrong with English football when dinosaurs like this keep getting a chance on the merry go round. Pulis, Pardew, Hughes, Allardyce, Hodgson. YAWN! Long live The Pozzo's.
Now we're safe (as per Sky commentary team on Sunday), Gracia could do it on a part time basis. A bit like being a player/manager but less playing & more managing.
Southampton have generally been very similar to us when it come so to appointing managers, regularly changing them when they’re not completely happy, or they do really well and they’re poached. They always seem to turn up a good one every time regardless, except for this one. This strikes me as an odd decision so late in the season, I guess it’s sheer desperation at this stage but why wait so long.
