    I found it in user CP donations and drawings. Like that makes sense. Especially with a tax rate of 45percent on winnings, it really would be a donation.

    The lottery actually works now. Buy up to 5 tickets. Winnings now taxed at 10% rather than 45% before. Lottery numbers go up to 150. Draw takes place on 20th November. Tickets cost 1 'Orn each.
