Sitting at home with the flu watching England struggle to hit a 20 stone policeman from Barbados who makes Mick Quin look slim!

currently 153/5 but Ireland have apparently got South Africa in trouble with 91/8. Roll on the World Cup!

My tip are the West Indies this year though the Aussies and South Africa will be hard to beat.

New Zealand are carrying £10 quid of mine on their backs. Got them at 9/1.

Should be getting a minimum run a ball against that level of opposition.

first game in caribbean, arrived friday night, bit rusty. Not a problem imo. our first game is against new zealand though so no gentle introduction to the world cup.

in all due honesty the pitch looked slow. will be interesting to see how much turn monty gets. i hope with all the new pitches in the ground we don't have low scoring games due to slow pitches.

I've read that the boundaries are in to ensure high scoring games. Monty reckons that miss hits may go for six.
