Maybe when watching England interests me and becomes reasonably exciting then i'll go to a game or two.
But you certainly WON'T find me at one of those dreadful qualifying games or one of those pointless friendlies.

last england game i went to was when the old wembley was in use!!
No interest in it tbh.. no such thing as english football now... let's hope FIFA reinstate the max number of foreign players in a matchday squad again as has been hinted so that the english game will return.

Looked into it a while back to guarantee European Championship and World Cup tickets, but quickly worked out that touts are a much cheaper proposition!

MJ - going to watch England away is way better than watching watford away - much more fun with true supporters who love their country.

Been to plenty myself over the years. Went with a few mates two of which you know very well. Al was a great laugh but that grumpy barsteward Andy - is he never happy?;) :)

One of the best trips was when we drove to Turkey in an old Marina we had bought for £140. Broke down just outside Athens - it was hilarious watching Andy trying to buy some radweld. We won 8-0 that year. Sold the car for £140 QUID WHEN WE GOT BACK.

PYA, I have been told the story many times, seems to get better everytime it is told.

I am looking forward to Andorra, as it will be my first England away match.

But no, Andy is never happy, especially at the moment, we have been let down on our lift back from Old Trafford on Wednesday - and he has to catch a plane from Gatwick at 6:30am on Thursday morning

I know its a carp way of travelling but have you checked National express - you may find there will be a over nighter maybe from Manchester central, man airport to heathrow then he could get an airport link from there to gatwick.

Where's he of to, does he have to come back?:)
