He Normally play's Right Back Or Right Wing Back and with Udinese likely to have either Basta or Faraoni As their 1st choice Right Wing Back next season and Granada more than likely to keep/get back Nyom from Udinese as their 1st choice Right Wing Back, we COULD see him here.

Did anyone else hear one of the Sky commentators say last night, that there was a rumour that JB had been told he was going to be released by the club just before he was called upon to play in the game against Leeds last week?

If that is true, and along with all the other reasons for his nervous display, is it a wonder that the poor lad did not play well.

I remember when we signed him from Standard Ličge. the ideal was to sign him on a pernament basis this summer.

I presume given his lack of first team chances maybe because he would not fit into the way Zola sets us up we won't be taking up such an option?

On loan from Udinese played 35 games this season for Ligue 1 team Brest, I think he could be here next season if we can't re-loan Chalobah.

So, if we don't go up, do we realistically have any chance of keeping Abdi here next season? He is far and away our best and most important player, and I just can't see him playing another season in the Championship, he's too good.

Just reading the paper and he states he wants to play in England and the premier league! He has been asked to sign a new deal but turned down an offer. Swansea want him but is it possible he would sign for Watford? We could do with more defenders.

From QPR I'd obviously love Remy but that won't happen! Wouldn't mind seeing Junior Hoilett here always quite liked him.

Reading from what I've seen Alex Pearce or McCarthy the keeper would be decent additions.

"Interesting" end of season for the three teams.
Watford fighting for promotion, Udinese still fighting for qualification to Europa League, Granada fighting to avoid relegation.

This means that most of the possible transfers will heavily depend on the final results in the three leagues.
There are countless rumours about the future buyings of Pozzo but their destination is probably still to be decided.

Watford in Premier:
will need some quality reinforcements from the pool of current Pozzo's players and from the new arrivals, and probably will have to spend some money on "home-grown" English players of Premier quality.
Watford still in Championship:
confirming current team with just a few reinforcements from good but not much used players at Udinese (or on loan elsewhere) should be enough to guarantee a very good next season.

Udinese in Europa League:
current team seems OK but some reinforcements will be needed to guarantee squad depth for so many matches, so several of the new arrivals should stay at Udine
Udinese only playing serie A:
probably not much reinforcements needed, aprats from a few chosen ones.

Granada staying in Liga:
probably some reinforcements needed to avoid suffering like this and last year. But unfortunately for them, less a priority than Udinese (heart) and WFC (Premier TV money and Gino's favourite new toy ;)).
Granada relegated:
many very good players (http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/gr...ein_16795.html) might not be willing to play in second league. Quite likely the team might be revolutioned and be filled with young, unknown, "hungry" players maybe from South-America. The current most valuable players with higher age will probably be sold (Siqueira, El Arabi ...) while others might be "rearranged" in loans to Watford, Udinese or elsewhere. I don't see the likes of Torje, Buonanotte, Nyom, Ighalo, playing in Liga B.

I understand that from WFC fans point of view, egoistically, the best scenario might be Granada relegated and Udinese not qualified for Europe. But don't be selfish! ;)
