I only said it because of the late Jimmy Davis and the memory of the games after he died where it was our walk on tune!
I personally love the tune but i would think it would be considered a must bearing in mind what it stands for!

What's the significance foster 26? or is it just a banging tune ;)
Also can people remember what tunes played before the last playoff final? Trying to avoid two tribes due to the Vialli era.

I'm going to make this topic a sticky for a couple of weeks.
Hornmeister, could you edit your first post to update the list? When it's complete I'll see if I can put together an MP3 download of all of them.

OK, so far I've got all of the songs on the list, some of them have a couple of versions. I'm just trying to get the volumes levelled and I'll put them up so they're downloadable.
Does anyone remember the song from when we played Southampton in the FA Cup Semi based on DJ Cammy's horny horny horny. Don't know who sang it but it was definately "I'm a hornet, hornet hornet hornet".

As Hornmeister said, 50 posts makes you a Junior Hornet and gives access to "The Hornets Nest" forum. By having a hidden forum, (and it's not the only one), it means we can discuss things we'd rather casual visitors didn't see if you know what I mean ;)
He's right about the 50 post thing. That will defiantely be going up soon as the forum gets more regular users.

Afternoon all, anyone in?
What about Donovan's Mellow Yellow? A tad too chiled for pre-match but a great tune nonetheless.

I'm just mad about Saffron.
A-Saffron's mad about me.
I'm-a just mad about Saffron.
She's just mad about me.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
I'm just mad about Frontine.
A-Frontine's mad about me.
I'm-a just mad about-a Frontine.
A-She's just mad about me.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
Born-a high forever to fly.
Wind-a velocity nil.
Born-a high forever to fly.
If you want your cup, I will fill.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
So mellow yellow..
Electrical banana
Is gonna be a sudden craze.
Electrical banana
Is bound to be the very next phase.
They call it Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
Saffron, yeah.
I'm just-a mad about her.
I'm-a just-a mad about-a Saffron.
She's just mad about me.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow,
Quite rightly.
They call me Mellow Yellow.
Oh, so yellow..
Oh, so mellow..
Classic song from the 60's.. apparently about a drug extracted from bananas
