(edit: we are also 5/2 favourites to sign Rob Earnshaw, way ahead of Pompey who are 5/1, which seems more unlikely to me, do they know something we don't?)

I can't see us signing Earnie if we get Collins John, but if our double bid for the Millers Duo is accepted maybe we will have 3 new signings by saturday. All three fit the mould for an Aidy player.

I doubt we'll get earnshaw- i hope i'm proved wrong. Possibly Ash would be played attacking midfielder or on the wing.

My guess is he is after two from a possible mix.

One with experience i.e. John or Ernie and one with hunger Sharpe or Rotherham lad etc.

I doubt he is considered as one of the strikers. I'd like to think that he's going to be back up. Hes only ever played 10 league games, so is hugely inexperienced.
So we still need 2 strikers

You're wrong there lm_wfc, moses isn't part of the two the boothroyd wanted in my opinion. He's just a player signed as one for the future.

If i'm wrong and say him and Hoskins are the only two strikers we sign then i'll be highly annoyed.
