Simms, tell me about your sweepstake competition for Euro 2012. I want to get the last man standing competition going this week but don't want our comps to clash in any way.

Anyone else have plans for running anything? I need to ringfence some forum cash!

I was just going to open it to 16/32 entrants and close it at kick off of the opening game..

People just would post their names in a thread and I'd allocate them each a team at random, and whichever forum members team win, come runners up and the two losing semi-finalists would win Orns and custom user titles, and perhaps a hand written letter from the famous simms about the topic of the winners choice!

EDIT: If i come up with a better idea than a hand written letter, something personalised and valuable from me then I'll let you know.

That sounds good. I'll get the last man standing competition going this week then. If you have an idea of prizes that I can buy then let me know, or I can send you funds in the way of Amazon vouchers so you can buy your own prizes. Have a think about it anyway, up to about £30 ish.

I'd feel guilty using forum funds for a prize, but if you insist. Maybe £15 for the winner £10 for the runner up, and for the winner the hand written letter and a signed drawing of Lloyd Doyley done by me.

Prizes don't get any better than that. Top work. Consider my entry "in".
