Who have surprised you most as a player this season and proved everyone wrong?

Lee Hodson. Came in for some criticism last season after some poor performances, but this year, came back and made the full-back position his own until being rested of late.

Big Chris came on leaps and bounds towards the end of the season, as for Deeney I have always rated him, he has just been given the chance to shine this season, I would have to give it to give it to Lee Hodson who IMO has been very unlucky not to be in the side over recent weeks, being kept out by the evergreen Llodinnio!!!
I would also like to mention Dicko in despatches who despite getting some heavy criticism on here at times, mostly undeserved IMO, has had a very solid end to the campaign and a decent season.

Without a doubt, Sean Murray. Wasn't even good enough to make the team for the first half of the season, but in the second half he was incredible.

It would have been Lee Hodson but unfortunately Dyche obviously doesn't rate him so he hasn't been allowed to continue that improvement. It has to be Troy who has got better and better despite his altercations with the law!

I'm going with Murray; he went from from being a highly rated prospect who wasn't ready for the first team, to a key creative player in the team. It's not very often that a youngster comes in and immediately lives up to the hype.
Deeney is also a good shout.

1. Deeney
2. Murray
3. Hodson
4. Big Chris
and believe it or not, even tho back for 1 game..
5. Loachy. After all the crap he's had to suffer from so called fans the pressure on him vs 'Boro was huge, but had a great
game and sets him up for next season with confidence.
