Help! how do I change the shape of a photo

Stupidly my partner and I have decided to create our own wedding invitations, I have a photo I want to use on them but I want the photo to be in an oval not a rectangle, I only have office programs on my computer, no kind of photo shop or anything, I would be grateful if someone could tell me firstly if it is possible and if so how.

Go to MS Word (I hope you have the 2007 version):
Insert Picture > From File

Picture Tools > Picture Shape > Oval

If you want to save it...
Right Click > Copy
Open Publisher
Right click > Paste
Right click > Save As Picture
