My motives would be dark and confusing. Using my power, sometimes to help the vulnerable and other times for selfish gain. It would create a complex and misunderstood character, which Stan Lee would relish.

Will Flash do it? I read something that said soak it in vinegar so I've tried that but all that's happened is I've got a craving for fish and chips and the stuff is still stuck:(

Depending on what surface is beneath the adhesive, you could leave boiling water on it for 5-10 minutes to soften it up. Or maybe a heat gun.

If you have a wood surface, the above is not recommended. Maybe a hairdryer will do.

Thanks for the suggestions. Tried soaking for a couple of hours but it must be waterproof adhesive. Will try the hairdryer.
