Tried Making him a Centre Forward....

He scored in a pre-season friendly for me (from open play, not a penalty)

Try and defend FM for being realistic now :]]

I put him upfront for the last 10mins of a match when i was 4-0 up, he hit the bar from an open goal, six yards out.

BUT Scored a screamer of a header from edge of the box from a corner.

scored a couple of penalties for me aswell

He has scored for me in one of my games, and that was from centre-back at a corner.

EDIT: not an OG mind you, it was at the right end ;D

I very nearly had a heart attack Doyley nearly scored for me as Watford on FM09 !

Still delighted about him being my joint top scorer after 6 games from RB with 3 goals. Magical stuff.

I pushed him up top last 10mins to try and get an equaliser. He was about 8 yards out, open goal, had a bit of time....but he blasted the ball over!!
Will he EVER score!?

I've had a goal wrongly disallowed after a dazzling late run into the box. But I count that.
