How secure is Jay Demerit's stay in this country? - don't quite get how he gets around the 75% rule, but I must be missing something.

What is the length of stay he has or does he have a British grandparent?

I think it's if you've played in 75% or more of your countrys games since you've been called up your granted a work permit. Or something along those lines.

Yes - but he hasn't. So he must have some other way of getting a permit, unless being in the squad counts, or America has a different status.
